How can we help?

Got a question you need our help with?

You’ll find answers to the most common questions you may have about The Ladyboys of Bangkok below. Feel free to contact us if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for.

How do I show my tickets?2024-08-06T14:31:36+00:00

The information is dependent on how you have purchased your tickets for the show, you will either have them with you or you will be collecting them from our Box office on site.

If collecting tickets from the Box office, please have your booking reference number, surname used when booking and any proof of concession (e.g. student card) with you.

Once booked tickets are non transferable or refundable, unless the performance is cancelled, in that case a full refund will be given.

Are there any booking fees?2024-08-06T14:32:19+00:00

Tickets booked through ticket agencies will be subject to their applicable booking fee.

Is the show suitable for children?2024-08-06T14:32:39+00:00

The show is produced for an adult audience – it’s funny, it’s sexy, but never crude and we do not show nudity. As of 2017 the minimum age limit is 18 and photo ID will be asked for.

What exactly can I expect from The Lady Boys of Bangkok?2024-08-06T14:33:27+00:00

Sixteen of the world’s most beautiful showgirls (who just happen to be men) in a glamorous and funny cabaret show, flamboyant costumes, painstakingly immaculate make up and show-stopping choreography are the hallmark of this truly unique blend of cabaret.

What are Lady Boys?2024-08-06T14:33:52+00:00

Lady Boys are an honourable part of the rich cultural heritage of Thailand. They are people of a highly artistic nature who believe that they have the right to define their own sexuality.

Is there audience participation?2024-08-06T14:34:20+00:00

Some of the comedy numbers involve artistes leaving the stage and going into the audience, so if you are shy or don’t want to get that closely involved it is best not to be in the first couple of rows. However, we would stress that even if you do get involved it is all in good fun – and you will enjoy it as much as the rest of the audience.

Can we get up and dance?2024-08-06T14:34:42+00:00

Yes you can, our Friday and Saturday performances are full of party spirit and you can expect every audience member to be up on their feet dancing and joining in. If you would prefer to go to a show where the atmosphere is more relaxed we advise our Sunday and weekday performances.

Are the seats numbered?2024-08-06T14:35:26+00:00

All seating is at cabaret tables and there are 8 un-numbered seats around 1 table, so when you buy a ticket you will be allocated a table number but not a seat number, this does mean that if you are buying less than 8 tickets you will be sharing your table with other members of the audience. Please note whilst every effort is made to situate the tables as shown on the seating plan, this cannot be guaranteed due to variations at each site location.

Is there wheelchair access?2024-08-06T14:35:47+00:00

Yes we are able to accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs at each performance. Our venues are all on the flat, so access is easy. We would ask you to email us once you have booked your tickets, to notify us at which performance you will be attending so we can organise seating arrangements.

How long is the show?2024-08-06T14:36:06+00:00

The show runs at approximately 1 hr 45min including an interval.

Is there a licensed bar?2024-08-06T14:36:34+00:00

Yes, we have three bars open during the performance – In the foyer, outside Sabai Area (weather permitting) and one in the main cabaret room. You are able to take your drinks to the table. PLEASE NOTE WE DO OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY IN OUR VENUE

Is there food available?2024-08-06T14:37:07+00:00

Is there car parking?2024-08-06T14:37:41+00:00

Our venues tend to be in the city centre, so we are unable to provide car parking on site. However, given our city centre locations, there tends to be a car park within easy walking distance.
