Refunds: Once booked all tickets are non-transferable or refundable, unless the performance is cancelled, when a full refund can be obtained.
Please note that we operate dynamic pricing, this means that all prices shown are “from” and are subject to change.
Offers will be apply to a limited number of seats and as such are subject to availability.
Booking terms and conditions apply to performances staged within The Sabai Pavilion.
If you have booked full price tickets and booked a minimum of 5 working days in advance your tickets will be posted to you. If you have to collect your tickets at the on-site box office please take with you your reference number and credit card.
If you have purchased using any vouchers your items including tickets will NOT be posted to you, as proof is required. Please collect from the on-site box office taking with you your vouchers, credit card and reference number.
If you are purchasing tickets using a promo code that has been distributed online, radio or tv – the discount stated will only be valid on full price tickets, it will not be valid on performances where there is a promotional offer ( i.e 241) or promotional price already. The promo code cannot be applied to tickets already purchased. All discounts are subject to availability.
The management reserve the right to withdraw any promotions running.
RRP brochure purchase are included in promotions containing reference “IN, FB, and BR ”, We reserve the right within this promotion to change the offer and vary any discounted rates at different performances and venues at our discretion. This promotion will run across all tickets at Edinburgh. Please collect your brochure from the collection point at the venue.
Presentation of brochure can be used to access future discounted tickets.
All details are correct at time of publication. Changes to the performance will be made only when circumstances are beyond our control.
Exchange Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a suitable break in the programme.
In order to guarantee tickets, full payment must be made at time of booking. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment. Promotions cannot be used against seats already booked.
Please note that if a booking is made over the telephone a booking fee will be charged per ticket.

Customers are not able to combine offers when purchasing tickets.

We operate an active admission policy. Separate supplies are not integral to any discounted admission and can be omitted or purchased independently. The Management reserve the right to alter admission prices and offers without notice.
